Scott Malcolm

Scott is a practitioner and coach with broad experience working with individuals and top teams around the globe. He has worked across industry sectors including Entertainment, Banking, Consulting, Mining, Education, CPG, Tech Start-ups, and Manufacturing. Scott works directly with clients to deliver a range of transformational offerings in personal mastery and organizational leadership. He draws on multiple disciplines—including design thinking and systems dynamics—to diagnose the elements that block peak performance. He raises awareness of those elements, and then builds capacity for changing the system for the better.

He has designed, developed and delivered programs in over a dozen countries; with an emphasis on European clients. Scott specializes in pushing teams and individuals to recognize their behavioural patterns and is particularly interested in helping clients design teams and systems based on direct and candid communication.

Scott is a Canadian who grew up internationally, living with his family in the United States, Asia and Canada. Scott began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he cultivated expertise in sales and brand building.

In 2010, Scott left his job and founded the Redwood Project. He has been working as full-time as a practitioner and coach ever since. He volunteers as a youth rowing coach and is avidly involved with two charities: The Special Olympics and Alzheimer’s research. He lives in Boston, USA.
